Accommodation: Accommodation at Hyatt Regency (venue) is available at these rates:
Single Room: ₹7616 per night
Double Room: ₹9204 per night
Triple Room: ₹10974 per night.
Accommodation charges are separate from registration fees.
Accompanying Persons: Registration for accompanying persons is ₹3000 per day with an additional ₹3000 for banquet access. Children below 5 years of age are free.
Abstract Submission: Abstracts for ePoster or scientific paper presentations must be emailed to advances2025@gmail.com or tvmobgyn@gmail.com before 28th February 2025. Selected abstracts will be notified by 15th March 2025.
Cancellation Policy: A 20% administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations made before 15th March 2025, and the remaining amount will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after this date.
