Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for any events organized by the Trivandrum OBGYN Club. By registering for our workshops and conferences, you agree to the following terms.

1. Registration Fees

Registration fees for workshops and conferences are as listed in the official tariff table provided on the website or registration portal.
Early Bird Registration: Reduced rates are available until the specified date.
Spot Registration: Registrations made after the early bird period or on-site will incur higher charges.

2. Payment Methods

Online Payment: We accept online payments via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or other online gateways, details for which will be provided during the registration process.
Bank Transfer: Payments can also be made via Demand Draft (DD) or NEFT to the designated account of Trivandrum OBGYN Club.
For offline payments, a duly filled registration form must be submitted along with the payment.
Please retain proof of payment and present it if requested by the organizing committee.

3. Accommodation

Accommodation at the event venue is available at specified rates.
Accommodation charges are not included in the registration fees and must be paid separately.

4. Accompanying Persons

Registration is available for accompanying persons at prevailing rates.
Additional charges apply for banquet access.
Children below a specified age may be exempt from registration charges. Please refer to the registration portal for current details.

5. Abstract Submission

Abstracts for ePoster or scientific paper presentations must be submitted via email by the deadline indicated.
Notification of acceptance will be communicated by the date specified on the website.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before the specified date will incur an administrative fee as outlined in the cancellation policy.
No refunds will be processed for cancellations made after the specified deadline.
