Thank you for registering for events organized by the Trivandrum OBGYN Club. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before proceeding.
A non-refundable administrative fee of 20% of the registration fee will be charged for all cancellations.
Refund requests will be considered only if the cancellation is communicated in writing and received on or before 15th March 2026. Approved refunds will be processed after deducting the administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 15th March 2026.
